Till and handhelds show the same table map, updated in real time: a pool table opened at the till shows as busy on the handhelds that very instant, a pre-bill issued on the floor changes the table’s colour for everyone. Every table tells its state at a glance — free, in play, pre-billed — and devices configure themselves: switch them on, they find the room, they’re ready.

Playing time, beyond dispute

Rates work themselves out, by time band and day of the week, rounded to the euro: no mental arithmetic at the end of a game. And there’s a detail customers appreciate: the moment the bill is opened, the playing time freezes — the figure the customer sees is the figure they pay, even if there’s a queue at the till. Play can be charged together with the drinks or separately, however the counter prefers.

Orders that print only what’s new

From the handhelds, orders go out to the bar and kitchen: each send prints only the newly added lines, never what’s already printed — no duplicates, no confusion at the production stations. Clear, neatly aligned pre-bills, partial payments (drinks only, or the whole table) and permissions tailored by role: who can start the pool tables, who issues pre-bills, who can delete. To each their own, in good order.

The room’s numbers, with no blind spots

The statistics tell the whole story, reserved for the eyes that should see them: takings split between play and drinks, closed bills, average bill and day-by-day trend, over any period — today, the week, the month or the dates you pick. And nothing vanishes without a trace: every deleted bill or product stays on record, line by line, with the name of the operator who did it.
